Glendale Public Library: Bird Watching 101

A workshop for anyone interested in birds.

We’ll talk where you find them, how to identify them and what ones you are likely to see or hear around your house, your school or university, your workplace, etc.  Spring migration is good for bird finding, so…. we’ll have loaner binoculars for attendees to try out and—no guarantees on this!!… we’ll take everyone out of doors for a quick look in the bushes at and in the trees next door. Bring a hat, sunscreen, and water.

Our presenter for this program is  Karen LaFrance, Co-Chair and Coordinator, Sonoran Audubon Society based in Glendale.
