Glendale Public Library: Arts and Crafts Corner – Fibonacci Spiral

Did you know nature has some mathematical art in it? Plants and shells are just a few examples of this art, known as the Fibonacci Spiral. In this program, adults will use math to create Fibonacci Spiral art. Using the Fibonacci sequence and your imagination, you’ll create a spiral art piece like a talented artist. All materials will be provided. Registration is required. For ages 18 and older.
All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
