Embry – Riddle Aeronautical University: The Cosmic Webb
The Jim and Linda Lee Planetarium is about to explore the newest frontiers of space revealed to us by the James Webb Space Telescope.
In a live planetarium show created and available for this weekend only, we will use the three movements of a London Symphony Orchestra recording of Rachmaninoff’s 2nd Piano Concerto to delve into three aspects of the universe James Webb is investigating with the best technology humanity has set into space to date. Billions of light years of space and unfathomable eons of time have never been closer to our fingertips. Let the story come alive as we fly through the universe with cosmic narration by Planetarium Director Eric Edelman.
Shows will last for approximately 40 minutes. Please remember to arrive at the planetarium at least 10 minutes prior to the showtime indicated on your ticket. For more information, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
