Desert Botanical Garden: Foraging – Foraging Bean Trees in the Summer

Learn about the abundance of food that grows on trees throughout the desert. Learn about the bean trees that can be harvested like mesquite, ironwood, palo verde and carob. Enjoy samples of edible plants foraged from the desert and take-home recipes.
