City of Chandler: Guided Nature Meditation Walk [#2NC622]

The Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, came about as a means to escape the stress of modern life; it refers to spending time in nature and focusing on sensory engagement to reconnect with the environment.

Join Judy Karnia, a certified nature therapy guide, on a peaceful 2.5-hour guided “desert bathing” walk throughout Veterans Oasis Park, where you will take time to pause, observe, reflect, and deepen your connection to the environment. Conclude your practice with a reflective tea ceremony, offering gratitude for your time in nature.
