Cave Creek Museum: Black Mountain, a Study in Black and White

The programs presented by geologist and rock enthusiast Stephanie Bradley are always SRO, as this long time Creeker manages to seamlessly meld stories and information in an entertaining whole.

Learn about the mighty forces that created our wonderful, rocky desert landscape.  Marvel at mysterious Nature, that formed Black Mountain with two very opposing sides.  Find out why the boulders at The Boulders aren’t really boulders.  This is a “do not miss” presentation by one who has explored nearly every inch of the Desert Foothills.

This free program will take place in the Historic Church, as it occurs during open hours.  Please be sure to pre-register as space will be limited.
