Arizona State Parks & Trails: Guided Bird Walk at Sonoita Creek and Patagonia Lake

Join us at the Birding Trail kiosk (next to campsite #12 in Patagonia Lake State Park) for a ranger led hike to learn about the diverse avian wildlife at Patagonia Lake and Sonoita Creek. The park is designated as an Important Bird Area by the Audubon Society. If you are a bird watcher you may hit the jackpot here!

These walks are limited to 15 people. Sign up in advance at the Visitor Center or by calling (520) 287-2791. This event is free (park entrance fee still applies), but donations are accepted.

This event is part of Outdoors250, a celebration of America’s 250th anniversary and Arizona’s natural heritage. By participating in this event, you can enter to win Outdoors250 prizes by signing up at AZStateParks.com/Outdoors250.
