Arizona State Parks and Trails: Star Party at Oracle State Park

Join us for a magical evening of food and stargazing at Oracle State Park, an official International Dark Sky Park!

Enjoy the vibrant flavors of Latin Caribbean cuisine from the DC Jumbie Food Truck, serving up delicious dishes available for purchase starting at 6:30 p.m. Relax with your meal on the ranch house patio and soak in the beauty of the park at sunset.

Then, at 8 p.m., the Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association (TAAA) will guide you through the wonders of the night sky just outside the patio. View planets, stars, and deep space objects through high-powered telescopes and learn from passionate local astronomers.

Bring folding chairs if you’d like a guaranteed seat—patio space is limited and fills up quickly.

This star party is free with regular park admission and does not require registration.
