City of Chandler: Plant Identification Tour (2EE210)

Have you ever wondered what that green bark tree is or if Sonoran Desert cacti actually jump?

Take a one hour guided hike around Veterans Oasis Park to learn how to identify plants, trees, and shrubs of this tranquil park. You’ll also discover the diversity of the desert flora native to the park and learn how to tell them apart based on their characteristics.

Notes:

We recommend participants bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen and wear close toe shoes.
