City of Chandler: Girls Who Code (3EE969)

Leading the movement to inspire, educate, and equip girls with computer skills to pursue 21sr-century opportunities.

Girls Who Code aims to use computer science to change the world. Ideal for girls in grades thirds through fifth; you’ll work on a Computer Science Impact Project, where you’ll use computer science to solve a real world problem. While building leadership skills and a community of sister hood, you’ll also learn the fundamental computer science concepts of loop, variables, conditions, and functions that form the basis for all computer programming languages.

In accordance with Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines for Workplace & Community Locations, all participants and visitors ages 2 years and older must wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth and secure under your chin when in a Recreation Facility.
