Arizona SciTech Festival: Word Wednesday Making Bubbles – Science Vortex
About this Event
Sedona Public Library presents, Connecting Community with Science. Join Sedona Public Library and Science Vortex for the 4th virtual STEAM program. Lessons are designed for 8- to 12-year-olds, but younger children with direct adult support are welcome too. Each lesson has a different topic and includes a challenge designed to strengthen children’s critical thinking, creativity, and perseverance.
SPL will contact you when materials are ready for pick-up. Materials are necessary to participate and a zoom link will be emailed as the date gets closer.
This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
Ten Years of Celebrating STEM in Arizona
SciTech Institute is proud of its history of programming to assist all ages in becoming STEM researchers, innovators, and leaders. The 10th season of the festival is packed with online opportunities to engage in STEM content, discover the wide range of STEM and STEM-related career opportunities, and virtually explore ways to prepare for a future in STEM through conversations and discovery-based workshops with professionals.
